Please review the following policies before submitting a consultation request. These guidelines help Hajaskin Collection provide every client with clear communication, quality workmanship and an organized custom-design experience.
Consultation and booking
Submitting an inquiry or attending a consultation does not reserve an event date. A project is officially booked only after availability is confirmed, the required agreement is signed and the required deposit is received.
Payments
The deposit amount and payment schedule will be stated in the client’s individual quote or agreement. Work will not begin until the required deposit has cleared. Final payment must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.
Custom orders and refunds
Custom garments are designed and created specifically for each client. Deposits, design fees and payments for completed custom work are generally nonrefundable. Custom and altered garments are final sale.
Measurements and fittings
Clients must provide accurate measurements and attend scheduled fittings on time. Significant weight or measurement changes after construction begins may require additional alterations and fees.
Design changes
Changes requested after the design, fabric or construction details have been approved may result in additional charges and may affect the completion date.
Completion and pickup
Clients are responsible for providing the correct event date and collecting completed garments by the agreed deadline. Garments should be inspected and tried on before leaving whenever possible.
Shipping
Shipped orders require accurate measurements, sufficient production time and a complete delivery address. Hajaskin Collection is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the shipping provider.
Communication
Please allow reasonable time for responses during active production periods. Important changes, approvals and payment arrangements should be confirmed in writing.
Policies may vary depending on the project. The signed client agreement and individual invoice will contain the final terms for each order.
